  • Why am I not able to view my camera?

    First, check to make sure your internet is working. If no changes have been to your interest then try unplugging the power for 10-20 seconds. If you are still experiencing issues, contact a member of the Coggin Security, Inc. team.

  • How soon will I receive a motion detection notification?

    Notifications triggered by motion detection are sent within 60-90 seconds, but vary depending on the strength of your network connection.
